Impossible to communicate with someone

I've tried the , the messaging and nothing seems to work. I know a standard member but come on, why can't I see or respond to my messages? I totally get the think for Gold members, but messaging?

Anyway, if you are really interested in atleast communicating with me try and leave some contact info right away in the first words. It seems that I can read the first 3 words or so.
