Would you hook up with traveling couples ??

When we started this "journey" we thought we would NEVER be one of those that posted for a play date while we were traveling and definitely not meet up with others that were traveling.

You can probably imagine that by us posting this poll, we have changed our minds about this. While i think one big reason is that we have had so many really great experiences and only a few "not so great" ( no terrible ones ).

Are you really "KINKY"

The word "kinky" seems to mean different things to different people. When we were new, we pretty much avoided the people that listed themselves as "kinky".

Since then, we have figured out that not only do a lot of people NOT know the meaning of "kinky" but then there is everyone's perception of what it means.

I did something that we ( men ) need to do more of..... ask .. So,, i pulled out the dictionary ( ok, i went to dictionary dot com ) lol and looked up the word.

kinky = given to unusual , abnormal or deviant sexual practices

We have also found that people have their own meaning. We had one couple point out that just the act of "swapping" was kinky and i guess by definition it is, right ??

We are wondering where you put yourself as "a couple" not just the guy.

Do you consider yourselves "KINKY" ( pick the answer that best fits )

Baffled by no kissing

We aren't sure what it is about "not kissing" for some couples. We ran into this early on and didn't understand it but recently we have met a few couples. Some, don't kiss and don't do oral ( except with protection,,,,, ya, figure that out ) but some actaully don't kiss but will do oral.

So as we scratch our heads we say to ourselves, "sooooo, they will go down and suck cocks, but wont kiss ?? "

We enjoy kissing and think that it is a big part of playing.. We are thinking that if you aren't willing to kiss, maybe there is some other issue with their relationship that makes them hold that back for just themselves...

What do you think ??

How much should a "house party charge" ?

We have seen a wide range of prices for a house party. We know there there are other events held at a venue and those are not the ones i'm askng about.

I am asking about a regular house party. I believe the hosts should be able to charge whatever they want and people have the option of paying that much or not. Typically around here ( bay area ) the prices seem to be between $40 to $50 per couple , singles about the same and single females usually free or $10.

Most all of the parties do supply the condoms, lube, towels, plenty of water and usually some snacks.

What amount do you feel is "about right" to charge for a house party ??

Also, do you think charging the single guys the same as a couple ( while still limiting the number ) is right ??

So, we have been on here awhile and have learned a lot of what to look for. We do understand why people would not want their face photos in their profile, but we think you should have some in a private album. What is even more amazing is when you finally find what you think is a real couple, you ask for some photos and receive separate photos of "him and her". With almost all cell phones having cameras on them, why would you not have a few of you BOTH TOGETHER. There may have been a couple or two that we talked to that we probably passed on because they couldn't produce a photo or two with both in the same photo.

If you really aren't into meeting people, that is cool. Be up front about it. Most people have busy lives and i know we dont have time to waste on wanna-bees or fakes.

While we have met some really great couples here, we are always surprised when we meet a couple that for whatever reason, didn't tell the truth.

We cant figure out some of the things people don't tell the truth about. A lot of them have no good reason to lie. Of course, there are those that lie about being married or being in a good relationship.

Just wondering what percentage of you "meetings" end up with finding out they weren't 100 percent honest.

I would say for us, probably 10 to 15 percent, which i guess isn't too bad but why do they do it ? who knows.

Early on we limited our travel to about 50 miles to meet a couple. It took us months to go further than that. We eventuley made a "date" for a great couple about 100 miles away and it was awesome. It was sooo worth it. On the other hand, we have driven much shorter distances and made us think that it might not be worth it.

What do you think is a maximum distance to travel to meet someone when you aren't even sure if you really will click ??

Just be honest

You would think that anyone willing to spend money on a silver or gold membership is really here to meet someone, right ? Now, there are the few that "honestly" say that they are here to cam or just have hot chat. At least we respect and appreciate their honesty.

Just be honest. If those are the things you are looking for here, just say it. Pretending to want to meet someone and then just playing games is so LAME.

If we email or chat someone and we aren't feeling it, we politely say "not at this time" or " i don't think we are a match at this time". The truth is that not everyone that really is looking to play will be a good match. You gotta have a little thick skin if you are going to do this, right ?

Hopefully someone will read this and realize that not being "honest" is a waste of everyone's time and time is valuable. If you just want to cam, just cam. If you want to stroke off, go to one of the million web sites out there. If you really are looking to meet people, just be honest. Trust me, some of the best playdates we have had are when all four of us were just honest.

Remember, its all supposed to be FUN.
