What do guys look for in a play partner?

We were talking with a swinger couple that we're friends with and the female half shared that she feels she has lost her ability to be sexy and fun and that she has been hesitant to play as she feels she will be a letdown. To clarity, they're a couple that only plays with guys and never women. I have personally played with her and she is far from not sexy or a letdown.
