This is way too big for home computer.
Long ago, I did work in computer office that had such huge computer and the room need to have cold temperature, using huge roll of disk, and card readers. Look quite like this internet image I found.

I'm surprised that personal computers haven't crossed over into that "appliance" category.......you know, you turn them on and they work........this whole thing with set up and configuration and compatibility and user preferences and constant updates and such really cuts into the user experience............

Computer that size was something else.

But we had a very similar printer to print/process the big land
survey maps. On-line they could be reduced to 11 x 17", but usually
printed matter came out way too small.

We used to have one that size years ago where I worked....now they can be so small that my fingers are too big for the keyboard!!!
