 Without knowing the actual meaning ----

Sex Positivity is knowing that sex is a natural and healthy activity for consenting adults. That there is nothing dirty about it and there should be no shame attached to who you enjoy it with. In other words, Sex is a Positive thing.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 Sex positive means that you don't consider sex dirty, evil, or immoral, and that you don't judge people for wanting to have lots of sex as long as they're not harming anyone in doing so. You also don't judge people for having a lower sex drive, or no sex drive.

 Sex positive, to me, means that you express yourself in whatever mannerism(s) that you feel make you sexy.

It could be in the form of drawings/paintings, pictures, video, or written word. Some people (myself as example), feel that their sexuality lies in using words to weave powerful, visual imagery. They may or may not fumble at recreating this in real life when face-to-face with someone whom they're attracted to.

The brain is the biggest sexual organ, after all.
