Rush was a great band and Neil Peart was an amazing drummer. They were great live too.

all blessings to his family ,He left a towering monument to human creativity and humanity in his too short 67 years that many living 3x that would never accomplish . his writings inspired me ,his music has been the soundtrack of most of my life .I hope he had found truth before he was taken .

Saw your post title and had to look.\
What a drummer he was
by far the best ive ever seen

went to "Exit Stage Left" hell think I was still in high school
the drum solo he did in YYZ seemed to last forever

he will be missed.

I saw that on the internet. They had a video clip with the article...drum solo of his more than 8 minutes long. It was amazing to see and hear.

Shocking to hear.

Rush played at our high school in the mid-70s . . saw them there twice, then only a few years later saw them headline at Maple Leaf Gardens.
