Be honest, when you imagine what an ideal partner would be to you, do they have their own wants and desires that conflict with your own? Or are they a paper cutout of a model that essentially wants to give and give a lot and is happy to recieve only a little from you. I heard a female comic talk about how her ideal date was a hot guy buying her dinner and kissing for a while on the couch before kicking him out to watch a tv show. Now I don't know if she was serious or if this was just a set up to a blueballs joke but either way it raises a good point.
