We are a couple new to the lifestyle and we're looking to meet others who may be interested in helping us discover what we like and don't like in the open community. We are both professionals, he and UI/UX designer and she with a boring executive job. Out of work he is heavily into performing, discussing and appreciating music. With regards to music I think we can both appreciate a variety, but we are 90's s at heart and were 90's alt s. The Cure and Radiohead and Primus and Ween and Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails. Our current interests, though not having abandoned our past, lean towards indie. Together we are working on a podcast, and she has a strong desire to return to her younger roots of writing. We enjoy going out to eat, drinking, and watching shows and movies. Some of our favorites are Blue Valentine, Game of Thrones, the Walking Dead (and she is really a giant fan of The Office & Parks and Rec...) We share a lot of interests but have our own. Obsessed is likely a good adjective for her love of podcasts. We both thoroughly enjoy comedy, as well. I know that's one of those broad spectrum things (like music,) that basically everyone enjoys, but especially the over the line offensive that we really appreciate. Or those the more cerebral comics that use intelligence to tell a joke in long form (how.. exactly.. do you pull that off?) Generally we are just two down to earth left leaning in love people wanting to expand outside our relationship with genuine connections and possibly more. Neither of us is extremely outgoing (her less so than him,) and neither or really kinky... we don't have real fetishes, at least none that I would classify as such. Neither of us are super dirty talkers, in fact its kind of a turn off for both of us.

My Ideal Person This is where it gets tricky. We know a few things about us from our previous dating world and every day attractions, but it's been years since either of us "dated" anyone, and the dynamic of certain things changes when doing so as a couple. The physical stuff is easy... generally speaking we are really only looking for taller men (roughly 6' or above.) As far as both genders go we would really like to build a connection that requires no expectation, and therefore personality is huge. I would put us both on the nerdy side of the spectrum, but I (the girl one...) also can't stay away from The Bachelor every year. I just can't help it. To be fair I'd also stop to watch any train wreck of any capacity and they are basically the same thing.)

Though he is bi, and she bi-curious, that is certainly not a requirement for what we are looking for. We are open to developing friendships with single ladies, men and couples of all orientations. There need not be any expectation as far as that is concerned. Our comfort and interest level is easily adjusted based on yours. If nothing else, it would be really nice to meet people in the lifestyle and network, get tips and meet new friends.
